I thought this was lost: Sally Q eludes us all.

Well that solves who one of the guests was.

And getalife was number two.

Hot Corner switched Gin Blossoms sig lines between posts in that thread.

Giant Squidlike Creature remembers when Squid was young and impertinent. But now Squid has found Jesus and dedicated Squid's life to Christ. Squid just wants to thank the Lord for giving Squid the talent to play baseball and to archive threads.

Anybody know if that thread that featured a Seaver post collecting Mets MP3s survived?

I downloaded a few of them. If you want, I can e-mail them to you. (They're pretty big, though.)

What songs were there?

I don't remember the thread

It started off with multiple versions of "Meet the Mets."

If I recall, other classics that we're found were...

"Let's Go Mets Go!" (whatever that teamwork/dream work thingie was called)

"Who Let the Mets Out"

"Chocolate Strawberry"

"Get Mets-Merized"

"Talkin' Baseball (1983 Mets Version)"

mlbaseballtalk says he's looking for one of them. I think he wants the "Let's Go Mets Go!" one.

I remember it had Who Let the Mets Out? Which brought back a lot of good memories from 2000 - MK always loved that one.

I have the four Meet the Mets versions from that thread, I don't recall the
thread having any other songs but maybe they were added and I just didn't
notice.

Would it be inappropriate to upload them and post links?
